Remember, cycles don't just die because it's because the time goes by. Something has to happen.

And if you're thinking we're in the ninth inning or eighth inning, you might want to play a little

differently. And I think one of the things you can do, Ken, is something you've naturally done

for a long time. And that is the types of rental property that makes sense when times are good or times are bad,

like B class apartments. When times are good, people staying in C class are going to find their way

to clop and be in a nicer property. When things are bad, people might have to move out of a home

and go rent an apartment. So there's recession-resistant price

points. It doesn't mean they're recession-proof, but I think certainly one of the things is,
