Look family, in the last year or year and a half, I'm about to tell you some things that you are not going to believe, but they're actually true and have the receipts for it.

Okay, so for one, I bought a portfolio of three properties. Also, we closed on a six unit deal in like in the French quarter in New Orleans.

I don't know if you've been in the French quarter, but it's like prior and real estate. It's a six unit. We're gutting it and we're waiting on the permit so we can build it, but it's already gutted.

We closed on a 60 property deal. I mean, it's not a, there's not one building. It's literally, literally 60 houses over a few blocks in Louisiana.

Also, we purchased some land that we're building up six stories. So we purchased the land. We got the schematics. We know what the buildings that it looked like and I'm naming it after my last name.

So my family can drive by a building at Atlanta and see their father's last name and their last name. I say all that to say, Terika did all that. I still don't know a whole lot about real estate, but I'm learning. Okay. My sister Terika Lynn Smith, which I give, like, I will promote her to note in because this is literally life changing money that I'm encountering.

This is like legacy money. I make content and make money if I can sell a product, sell a course, something like that. But when you have property, you can make money that's not attached to your personal brand.

That is the beginning of wealth. So even if y'all cancel me, I'm still going to have bread. Well, listen, my sister Terika is going to be teaching you exactly what she did for me.
