0:25.0	2018 and moved to Nebraska to get going with that. Started buying rentals out there. I lived in Southern California before that. I started buying rentals out there.

0:39.6	So we moved out there to Nebraska, started buying rentals, started flipping, built up those businesses,

0:50.5	our businesses can run generally without us so we've moved to Maui and keep our Nebraska businesses going

1:00.4	Let's unpack that so you started real estate in Nebraska. Yeah. And you started by flipping.
1:09.3	Flipping and rentals. We kind of jumped into both of those at the same time.
1:13.1	Got it. And then like since you've started flipping, do you know how many flips you've done?
