1:21.0 | Okay, and first, just give me a snapshot of what your company, first class real estate, looks like right now. |
1:27.0 | Right now we have 107 offices in 21 states. We have 22 area reps. |
1:33.0 | So 22 areas, these are people that, like, mass their lights, your franchise, right? |
1:38.0 | Yeah, they bought the ability to sell more. So those have sold as well as 107 franchises. |
1:42.0 | Got it. So right now, a hundred percent, what's your goal? |
1:47.0 | If you had to say, where do you see the company in five years from now? |
1:50.0 | Sure. So our goal is for four thousand. So we're obviously pushing to get to hitting about 80 a month. |
1:55.0 | So that way we can hit the thousand a year. |
1:58.0 | And what that will put you a size similar to what other well known franchise? |
2:02.0 | Yeah, I mean, remaxes out there, Keller Williams is out there. They have a significant amount of locations as well. |
2:08.0 | I'm not sure, maybe a couple thousand. |
2:11.0 | Okay, so you want to be one of the largest, not the largest in the country. |
