big man. Today's guest is Marguerite Chris Billow. Marguerite started out in 1993 and has helped

over 3,000 families in her career as a top-producing real estate agent. In addition, she has coached, trained, and mentored hundreds of people.

She has also developed a series of training classes that are focused on what's happening right now in the current economy.

Marguerite, how you doing?

Good.

So tell us about your background. Tell us how you got started into real estate and the Marguerite story. The Marguerite story, huh? I'll try to give you the

short version. So I actually used to be in the bar business. So I was laughing earlier,

Gina, when you said you used to have a restaurant. I used to be in the bar

business. I was a cocktail waitress for quite a while, and then I started a beverage catering

business where we would cater the bars for weddings and parties and things like that. And then we

had our little boy, and, you know, the bar business is not quite so conducive to raising kids.

So decided to find something else.
