We've had some, you know, some disabled list, had some you know some disabled list had some stuff

going on had to finish a book but happy to uh to be here been a few weeks post uh surgery post

injury from uh the celebrity softball game we previewed it for you and then had a bit of incident there in the later

innings.

I want to dive into it a good bit, Ben, so don't give it all the way right here, but just

good good to see you, good to talk to you.

How long before we can maybe like walk again?

Let's start with that.

Like what's the prognosis from this point on to

get you back to pull straight? That's a good question. Now I'm in a full-length brace,

leg brace. So I can't bend my knee. And the doctor told me, I know it's 30 days with this brace without bending so we go back

to the doctor this coming Tuesday and he'll evaluate where we are and then hopefully they'll let me

bend just a little bit but I mean Mike asked me to have the same injury when he played for the rescuance.

And he told me it was a six-month process.

So I was told, and I know I've talked to a couple different doctors,

and they said that this injury is worse than an Achilles because of the, you know,

your knee, like the, the, um, the tendon that popped,

um, it, it controls all the knee, you know, bending, everything. And so it's got a hill, you know,
