We are recording late morning on Saturday.

So I hope all of you are having a great weekend, getting into another week,

month of February almost gone, entering the last week of February before March.

I mean, the 2026 is flying by here.

Already almost one-sixth of the way he done been.

He's been a world traveler the last couple weeks with volleyball tournaments all over

the southeast.

He had his, the Pacers were in Orlando last week.

Got kids going everywhere. Got family members driving them flying them all over the place got all kind of stuff going on and then we're in

baseball season but before we do that ben i got to tell you i um you know i was in what i've got

going on is nowhere near as bad as what you dealt with last year from an injury standpoint. But, you know, I was very sympathetic and empathetic, I think, was the word as you

were dealing with your knee situation after the softball game last year because you were on the shelf

for a while. And I know struggling mentally there for for a minute, just getting back into

workouts routine. Dude, I have my first, like, old person injury right now.

You know, you can get hurt in different things, and I have, but I mean, I'll run, but otherwise, and

when I say run, I mean, run very, very slowly. But I, I run, so I don't have a lot of injuries.

Dude, I'm dealing with, I'm self-diagnosing a little bit.

Probably going to have to go see an ortho here in the next few days.

I'm dealing with, I think, what they call tech neck.

So basically I'm dealing with like a pinched nerve in like my upper shoulder neck area.
