I'm doing great man, no complaints. So me and Joe are going to fight today.

Everybody likes a good bit of drama.

Yeah.

For those of you don't know, don't follow Joe.

Joe posted something on Instagram last week about back training and I had I have a different

opinion so I posted my opinion we had a constructive conversation but you know it's all kind of hard on Instagram

So I thought I would have them on the podcast and we'd have a little bit longer discussion

About the about the debate do you want to show everybody, do you want me to show

everybody what we're talking about?

Yeah, sure. All right, so I'm going to share my screen and I got Joe's Instagram pulled up here.

So this is Joe doing his best grimace face.

Hopefully that gets some clicks. Click bait.

One thing I can say I like your sense of humor. You got a good sense of humor about you,

especially when people don't agree and I'm sure that happens to you a lot.

Because your opinions are very different than everybody else is or the norm anyway.

But this was the post we're talking about so Joe posted the what he calls baby handles. I call it I call it a close script a close group or a v bar. But Joe, your statement basically says that nobody should

ever use this script for any type of row. Is that what you're trying to say? No not exactly. If you're big

then that's a little bit more of a fair statement is what I would say and to be

honest so you know I look at the whole thing is I think I'm going to name it, like have like the baby handle gate or something that just just turned into this big scandal of some sort.
