And then we looked down in about 90 seconds plus of game time without a bucket.

Here we are 13 and a half on the live line now as we approach halftime 174.5 the total and 7 to 1 on the money line if you like St. Louis. Yeah, I mean, we talked about that you couldn't have those droughts. If you were the Billikins, they had one of those droughts. We saw a run from Michigan. Now you're going to need a run back to try and get back in this game. St. Louis is 100% capable of making this type of run.

The question is what's going to happen from a foul perspective for them in the second half? We've seen Mara cause a lot of problems on the inside for this Billikins team. Two of their bigs already have two fouls. Nine team total fouls in this first half. So that's going to be a big question moving forward for them. They need to shoot the three ball better as well. They were four for their first eight. They are one for their last 12th. That, that to me is the big key here. If St. Louis wants to stay in this game, they need to shoot the three ball well and they need to stay out of foul trouble, two things that they're struggling with after that very good start. That will help whenever you have just a horrific turnover by Michigan leads to some points on the other end. So 46 to 39 now and that, gosh, some of the turnovers, Mike. Some of the. Yeah, they're brutal, man. I know you're, you're an anti-college basketball dude because you can't handle the quality of the game. There were some moments where I thought about you watching that Villanova game with some of the passes. I mean, it's just like that right there. It's like, what do you, what do you, what did you think you saw? What do I mean? That's like middle school. Yeah, that's like middle school. Don't do that in middle school. And here we are in high level college basketball doing it. So we are 19 seconds left there in the first half, 46, 39, as we said, 12 and a half now, 174 and a half, 6 to 1. Is you having 14 points right now to play with on the total side of things?

Is there any urge at all for you to try to middle this thing?

No, because the billicansins aren't shooting well from three.

If this was a situation where St. Louis was lighting it up from three, then I'd have a little

bit of a concern. But a big part of this handicap was I think we're going to see around 70 shots

for both of these teams in this game. You look at the box score, 32 in the first half for both of these teams. We're close to that pace. And if that's the case, I think that we're going to see this scoring continue. Now, do I want to jump in it in over 175 and a half? No, no, I don't. But at the same time, I'm not trying to middle this one because I do expect the pace to continue. and to me, if you play at this pace, you're going to see points. Yeah, that was, uh, it's, when it, when it got to 177 and a half, I almost asked you because I'm kind of like, man, 17 points is a lot. It's pretty nice. Yeah. Of points, but, you know, falling down and actually people are must be must be

hitting this as it now goes down to 173 and a half so we're we're seeing some people who are who are

kind of like you maybe not sold on the fact that this thing is going to keep up at this pace

i mean you look at michigan they started six for seven from three you look at st louis they started

four for eight from three michigan's oh for three cents st louis is one for 12 cents they're they're one for 15 since those starts from three point range i mean that that tells you that there are still more points to be had if you go back and you shoot even let's say 33% versus you know the one for 15 is what 6% Like you're going to see some uptick and scoring there.

To me, it's all about the pace.

That's why we wanted the over in this game. We thought there'd be a lot of shots. We're getting those shots. I think that is still that the handicap for me head into the second half. However, again, like 175 and a half, look, you missed the number. The 161 and a half pregame, we talked about the over.

That was the number, not chasing it here now that we have a much more inflated total.
