Oh no it's a good one it's a good one oh I love see look at the positivity can't

stand that she's like yeah it's gonna be a great time well you know I had a rough

one yesterday so we're turning it around we are okay yeah what are you grateful

for I am grateful for the health of your mother oh amary um I love you and

I guess we didn't update the podcast me well I guess we will right now okay

mama's doing great I just got a text as I pulled up here she was text

to me she's doing wonderful she's got a clear clean bill of health a little bit

to you know she's like just a little bit with the diabetes but yeah even the

doctor said within six months he thinks that'll be gone because it's so minimal

I didn't know that yeah I'm very happy for her did I know that you can get rid of

diabetes well I thought it was like a okay now you haven't for the rest of your

life hmm or like you always have to worry about it but like it can like basically

go away yeah I guess I mean I thought I was telling your mom when she was telling

me about it that I remember a few years ago I was pre-diabetic and so not

quite like you could be ignored along yeah right and I guess the doctor I'm like

what do I do and he said make better choices like with do holy

pasta or do like whole grains and he said and walk yeah and I told you I told

your mother I never really I mean I do buy holy bread or I actually get the

347 now but I'm not my biggest thing and I told your mother I said I just

walked and when I went for my next my next blood work which was like I don't know
