So you may have noticed we have lightened our load a little bit today.

Christina and Amy are both sick, so they're not here.

It's just me and Lauren and Lisa is still kind of on leave, taking care of her husband

as he's going through cancer treatment.

So please keep their family in your prayers.

Today, we are going to be reacting to your body image stories.

So we had you guys send in some of your most personal raw body image stories and we're

just going to be basically sharing our thoughts and reactions and really just giving you

guys a voice, that's kind of the point of this episode is I think you guys might start

to see like you're so not alone in those experiences because even just reading through

Lauren, I were like, whoa, and there's so many like very similar experiences too.

It really just makes you realize like what you're going through, you're not alone and

it's sometimes really powerful just to hear that someone else out there is experiencing

similar to what you're experiencing.

So that's going to be our episode today.
