Hello my friends and welcome to the Robcast. This episode is called Reading Part Three because we're

going to do a little bit more reading. Before we do that, tickets are now up for the first three

you haven't been to a Largo show, they're just so much fun. That place is magic. My new show is about

art, science, sex and death to name a few of the things that are in this new show I'm doing.

in the near futures. But now what's happening in this episode is I had this idea a couple weeks ago

because I have all these books that I've written in this shelf in the storage room of the backhouse.

And I was like, I haven't read any of those since I wrote them. Some of them like 15 years ago.

I wonder what those books are. I wonder what it would be like to read them.

And then I thought, I should just read random sections of my books and record it and do like

running commentary on it. So it took two episodes to get through five books. And now I'm going to

get through my other five books in this episode. So we may be here a while.

Because I have a nice little stack here. And it's been such an interesting exercise. I

probably at some point will probably do a whole episode on what I learned going back and listening to my

former self to that other Rob Bell to a previous version of me. So first off, I have this book,

what we talk about when we talk about God. It came out in 2013, which means I remember this book.

It took a year and a half. I sat there every morning. Honestly, this book was not any fun

to write. It was just pure undiluted slog. And I remember I had all these ideas on three by
