All right, the owners of the Cleveland Browns, Jimmy and D, has a mission to statement yesterday, and I frankly thought this was a little odd.

Let's take a closer look at it.

Throughout this process, Deshaun and his representation have abided by the newly created and agreed upon process for the NFLPA and the NFL to defer the objective Judge Suelle Robinson to comprehensively review all information to make a fair decision.

We respect Judge Robinson's decision at the same time Epithaus and understand that there have been many individuals triggered throughout this process.

We know Deshaun is remorseful, the situation has caused much part ache to many and he will continue to work as needed to show who he is on and off the field and we will continue to support him.

How do they respect the decision of Judge Robinson?

While at the same time saying Deshaun is remorseful when part of her decision was he failed to express remorse.

This is one of the situations where people just say whatever they want to say.

They say what they want to say and they think that people aren't going to connect the dots, they think people are too dumb to figure it all out.

But I think that it's impossible to reconcile that statement.

It's impossible to say you respect Judge Robinson's decision and we know Deshaun Watson has expressed remorse.

She found that he didn't so you don't respect her decision if you disagree with that aspect of it.

How can you respect her decision if you're going to throw out one of her key conclusions as to aggravating factors he failed to express remorse.

I think he failed to express remorse really in the court of public opinion too.

I think that goes like anybody that's been paying attention.

I think there's a lot of people that feel that way.

Even how he tried to explain it, he felt sorry that he put teams in this position and all that but never really took accountability for his actions there.

I don't love that statement from the Hazelms.

And the other thing Mike I'll ask you is just like, you know this isn't over.

Why would you even release a statement yet?
