Unimaginably sad day is the nothing personal word of the day.

Today is Tuesday, November 15th, 2022, and those were the words spoken by the president

of the University of Virginia following the shooting death of three football players

for the team shot by one of their teammates after a field trip.

When you are the president of anything, a university, a country, a corporation, I don't

think that any of us can any longer say that it is an unimaginably sad day when there

is another shooting.

We don't need to talk again, do we?

About guns.

We don't need to talk again about all the shootings, about all the things they're going to

change when they don't.

We don't have to talk about that there aren't going to be field trips anymore.

They'll have to check our underwear when we check into an airplane.

They're not going to change that.

What we do have to talk about, however, is what leads up to this point and what should we

do when you are in charge of people, whether you're in charge of your family, whether

you're in charge of somebody at work, one person, or you're run in office or a school.

University of Virginia officials had ample opportunity.

It seems it appears to stop Christopher Jones Jr.

The person who cannot be dead enough in my mind should he have done what they are accusing

him of doing.

He had gotten in trouble with the university before for hazen.
