Following the breaking news of tight end Mark Andrews agreeing to terms on a three-year $39.3 million

extension with the Ravens, keeping a true Raven in the fold. This is the triple crown franchise

leader in receptions, receiving yards and touchdowns, guy who's been a draft pick here since

2018 in his eighth season alongside Lamar Jackson, Mark Andrews, perhaps a Raven for Life, Garrett.

Yeah, this is huge news. I could not be more excited when this news broke. I think this is something

that Mark Andrews is one of the best players in Ravens history. He's one of the best draft picks

in Ravens history. He has, in Eric Tocosta's quote about Mark, when the news came out, he said that Mark is an all-time raven. And I think that's a good way to put it. He's just one of the guys that has accomplished so much in his time in the purple and black. And I think it's only fitting that he's now going to get a chance to, like, I don't want to put the cart too far in front of the horse here, but like, like I agree with you I think this is a potential Raven for Life situation and if there's anybody that deserves it

I think it's Mark Andrews I think he does things the right way I think he's exactly the type of

player that you want in your locker room and and I also think as he has shown this year he still has

plenty of gas left in the tank. And so the Ravens

are, they want to keep good players around. And Eric Acosta has said that many times, specifically

about Mark Andrews. And I think it's a great thing to have him in Baltimore for three more

years after this season. There's obviously a lot of questions about what the future was going to be at

tight end with this team.

You had Mark Andrews, Isaiah, Lakely, and Charlie Kohler all going into the final years

of their contract.

So that was one thing that was debated a lot.

Who's going to get a deal, right?

Who's going to get that extension?

And when push came to shove, Mark was the guy.
