Ben and I took a week off, thanks to a sickness hitting me again.

Literally just like three weeks after I'd gotten sick from being in Atlanta.

So apologies for the absence.

Ben is always, thank you for being such an understanding co-host.

I mentioned this in our content meeting this week and Connor was like,

oh, I would have been happy to do an episode with Ben if you were sick. I was like, that's okay. That would

have been an experience. I would be very curious what kind of podcast Connor could produce for 45 minutes about college wrestling.

That would be very interesting. Racing, absolutely. Wrestling would have been, it would have been interesting the curiosity would have got the best of me and I would have done it just to see what would have happened.

I think this is probably going to end up being better.

um thankfully like I said I'm I was sick but no longer six I'm all ready to catch up on what we missed

um we definitely have three, I mean, three solid duels to discuss and we are literally a week away.

I guess not literally, maybe essentially a week, away from Big 12s, which is just insane.

This came way too fast, but you and I,

I got the chance to go over to Cedar Falls, love nothing more than driving over there two years in a row, so I'm excited not to do that next year, but
