Ben and I had a week off due to my traveling schedule causing some issues so we appreciate your

patience but we have something very special cooked up for you guys we have a

preview first off of this weekend with Iowa State taking on you and I in Cedar Falls and then hosting Illinois at Hilton

Coliseum this weekend in the Beauty and the Beast series.

Ben and I were lucky enough to be able to host Doug Schwab, head coach for you and I,

so you will get a preview and then a special interview with Coach Schwab.

week off which I'll start by saying Ben thank you so much for being

flexible I finished my last week at my old job and started a new job this week so we

weren't able to bring you the usual weekly episode but we're back we're

here Ben how are we feeling how How are you doing?

Doing well, feeling good.

A lot of good wrestling happened the last couple of weeks and a lot of good wrestling is going to continue

to happen in the upcoming weeks. So that's super exciting. We're starting to

inch toward March now. We're at the beginning of February, only a couple dual

meets left. Now we're going to get to Illinois later in this podcast.

But this is their last dual meet of the season for Illinois.

After this for Illinois, it's big tens and two and a half weeks in its NCAs.

So there are going to be a couple teams that after this weekend are done wrestling for the regular season and it's this season has flown by.
