Hey guys, welcome back. It's a whole new wrestling season officially. This is

reaction time. My name's Jacqueline Cordova and I'm joined by my co-host Ben Visser Ben it's finally our time it's finally our time.

It's finally our time can you believe this is our third year doing this?

No I was thinking about that last week I'm like this is going to be our third season doing this and it feels like for some reason it feels like last year is our first year and I don't know why it feels like that but time flies.

Maybe it's because we started like in January. I it was January right yeah so and I feel like

once January hits it's like lightning speed to March so I don't know this is

exciting someone brought that up the other day to me like you guys have been doing it for a while now

I was like well yeah you know what we have so but I'm excited I feel like I do this every summer to you. I start to get

antsy for it to start and then suddenly I like woke up and it was like

literally the guys just had their first official practice so So it's finally time.

Yeah, it's October.

Iowa State Russell's November 5th.

They got Media Day here in a couple weeks.

So seasons right around the corner and I'm excited to get started. I wrote a column for

Cyclone Phamatic last week just about the hype surrounding the season and it this

season feels so much different I think than previous seasons just because last year there's a decent amount of hype and like okay

Exciting things are happening you can see the progression from Kevin Dresher's teams

But this year is just a little bit different.

I think part of it is because Iowa State does get Iowa

and you and I at home.
