I was with a tough one today. Really just an ugly

ugly basketball game. 64 56 Iowa State loses to Oklahoma State. We knew this would be an ugly game, right?

When you know how Oklahoma State plays, how Iowa State plays, when you watch the first game,

you just, all of the ingredients came to be in an ugly game however

Didn't expect to lose it and

It's pretty obvious to anyone who watched this basketball game how poorly Iowa State played in the second half across the board

offense defense Everything offense, defense,

everything.

Specifically the free throw line.

Iowa State goes 5 for 12 from the free throw line in the second half.

Cyclones were 9 of 19 in a game, which is a really, really,

so this is one of the worst free throw shooting teams in the country all

year long and it's starting to really impact Iowa State when it comes to

wins and losses if you look at specifically the road losses this year

You know poor free throw shooting, you know, could have made the difference.

You know, that's not entirely what I'm focused on here.

You look at, first of all, you give Oklahoma State credit the Cowboys are now

Winners of seven of eight and they are one of the hottest teams in the Big 12 conference.

Iowa State now has lost five of seven.

And really the Kansas game a week ago
