Today on the show, I'll discuss my summer league observations with Vegas taking the forefront of our minds,

and of course, AJ versus Darren.

My concerns for Cody Williams, I'll also discuss AJ and Darren long-term trajectories after

one Titanic clash in the opening day of Vegas summerlee.

But we're going to start with why DP still encourage me more from what I would call a bad performance from him

and why I have more faith in him than AJ. So let's dive right in. So first things first,

I think Darren Peterson is an effortless score. He didn't shoot it well, but he got good shots.

He just missed. That happens. So his 6 of 18 performance stands out as a big time negative, but he scored

24 while playing poorly, and his team was nowhere near as talented on this given night than the

Wizards team that came out more motivated and had Will Riley, who I think is very good. Will Riley is a

guy I loved and really wanted the Jazz to take it 18 when they took Walter Clayton Jr. I digress. They had Tray Johnson who went six, the one pick behind Ace Bailey. Ace Bailey did not play. They had other players. Julian Reese played in the NBA last year a fair amount. They had many players that played NBA minutes and it. Jemir Watkins was fouling Darren nonstop.
