as we react to Auburn football's first practice of fall camp, at least what the media

got to see, which was more than what was expected.

Thank you so much to Coach Freeze for coming into the media room after his presser and saying, y'all, just go ahead

and come on out here, which was very, very nice of them. So we got to see a good bid. It's just

the first practice of fall camp. I mean, how much is there really going to be? There's a lot

of mixing and matching, but there was one clear takeaway through this

entire thing.

And it's how different Auburn looks at wide receiver.

I've been doing this for a hot minute, not as long as some folks on the beat, but I've

been doing it for a hot minute, go to all the viewing windows and fall and spring camp as I possibly can.

But man, Auburn's wide receivers, they look different than I've ever seen them, at least.

I mean, at the point where, you know, Cam Coleman is doing his thing, but Perry Thompson.

I mean, he is just, he's massive.

He's a massive wide receiver.

And Hugh Freed was asked about him at the opening fall camp presser before we got to go out there to practice.

He was asked about Perry and he's like, he's what you want in an SEC wide receiver. I'll stand next to Lance doll of Auburndaily.com and Perry walked over us in front of us

to do a drill.

And Lance goes, that.
