Yes, welcome on into Locked-on Auburn, your daily Auburn Tigers podcast. I'm your host, Zach Blackerby,

and we are dapping it up with the Darrell Dapperich, Montgomery Radio Legend, right after A-Day,

Darrell, where we saw the Auburn offense who started with their scoring down 27-0-win,

win on a ridiculous, ridiculous walk-off kick by Towns Magoo.

And we'll talk more about the kicking game and the future of the kicking game moving

forward.

But to me, the biggest two question marks about this was the passing game and the defensive

line.

And I felt better about both of those now that I did going into A-Day.

Yeah, the passing game put up some nice yards, you know, between the 20s moving down

the field.

They struggled getting in the red zone.

But a lot of times, that's running backs, right?

You get inside the 10 and the 5, your offensive line's going to get you push and get you in

the end zone.

As far as throwing the ball downfield, there were some

nice deep balls that were hit. There were some nice checkdowns that were hit. Receivers seemed to be

getting open. I really like the passing game as a whole as far as the route running, the

separation and some of the big plays that were hit downfield. Now, once Auburn got inside the tent, it did bog down.

Yeah.

But again, that's a big responsibility of the running game to get you into the end zone once you get inside the 10.

Yeah, and the running game didn't really ever get going today.
