All right, welcome in to Purple Daily and yes that is right we have a pre-season contest to break down.

The Minnesota Vikings after Friday night are officially won and oh in the pre-season. Matthew Collar here with you as always and from

TCO Performance Center on the line Courtney Cronin. We made it Courtney. We have a football game

to analyze. How about that that you know it I hope we have a

weeks worth of content from four quarters of exciting football we avoided overtime

you know we had we had a few challenges that were declined and

timeouts were lost, so there are a whole ton of storyline.

We finally have something to talk about other than, you know, how do you guys look? How's the offense look?

Because now we at least have some indication. I mean, I know that they only played nine snaps together, the first team unit that is on Friday but we at least

have an indication we have a starting point now more than just speculation of what

Kevin Stavanski's gonna look like as a play call or what Kirk Cousins looks like early on in the second season in Minnesota.

So it gives us a starting point or a launch point.

If you want to call that that we can go from now.

Another thing that we have here is a better sense of what the actual depth chart is.

For example, in the unofficial depth chart and neither you and I was buying this but Jordan Taylor was ahead of someone like BC Johnson and it was just not that so we can get to that and how BC Johnson played in the second team offense but I just

thought it's worth pointing out that now we have a true sense for how they feel

uh... about things beyond just what they've shown us in the unofficial depth chart.
