We are here to react to the reviews that just came out for the Super Mario Galaxy movie.

Wow.

They ain't good.

I'll tell you that much.

So the embargo just went up about a half hour ago.

We spent a half hour kind of reading through them, scouring through them.

And we were so interested going into this because for the first movie, the reviews were equally very poor and it got us worried. And then we went to go see the movie and we're like, oh, there was nothing to be worried about at all. We loved this movie. Yeah. So it is going to be interesting to see if this is a repeat of the first movie where the critic scores are low and then the viewer scores end up being

this great thing and it becomes this huge commercial success yes we don't know all we have right

now is the critic stuff but at least for me I don't have that same feeling seeing bad scores as

I did the first time I'm like oh no what if this is actually bad that's going to crush me and it's

this time it's like, these critics are harsh.

Yeah, I think because we have the pattern of last time where the pretty much exact same

thing happened where there was just like very critically bad scores from the, you know,

the highfalutant film reviewers.

And they're back for this one, let me tell you.

The Zesbians or whatever.

And, you know, and then, of course, the movie ended up being a ton of fun.

And the user score, I think we have that here, 95% user score for the first Super Mario movie.

Let's do a comparison.

So there are enough scores in now that we have a Metacritic score and a Rotten Tomatoes score.

Okay.

Again, this is after the first 30 minutes of the embargo, so that's probably going to fluctuate.
