Hey everybody, welcome to another episode of Purple Insider presented by Fanduel, Matthew Collar here here along with Dane Mizatani of the Pioneer Press,

0:23.6

and we're inside TCO Performance Center

0:25.6

as we just came from Nolan Teasley's introductory press conference.

0:30.6

We heard from him and the owner of the Minnesota Vikings, Mark Wilf.

0:34.6

And a lot of interesting stuff coming from this, Dane, but I think we should just begin

0:39.1

with our very first impressions of Nolan Teasley and then we'll get into the power structure,

0:46.0

how he talked about the quarterback, how he talked about working with Kevin O'Connell and all of

0:51.1

those things. But Dane, what was your first impression of Mr. Teasley?

0:55.9

0:58.8

1:02.3

just having listened to some of his clips on the internet,

1:04.8

1:29.0

1:34.8

but I think that's probably how a GM should operate in those scenarios. A couple sentences,

1:40.4

few sentences, move on, always seemed to understand what the question was and answer it

1:47.0

accordingly, never seemed flustered. I thought he aced the press conference. There's a lot of things that

1:53.4

he has to do now moving forward to ace the job. But when we walk away from these things, whether it's

1:59.6

a GM, a head coach, a quarterback, a first-round pick, we tend to talk about, well, how did they perform in the press conference?

2:06.8

Nolan Teasley nailed it, I thought.
