Welcome inside TCO Performance Center, Matthew Collar, along with Dane Mizatani of the Pioneer Press.

And guess what?

We heard from J.J. McCarthy.

He's a 215 pounds, folks.

He walked up there and didn't injure his knee.

We actually went inside TCO Performance Center in the

practice field and watched him throw real passes. I even took some videos of those passes,

as did you, Dane, a very exciting day. No, truly it was to hear from him for the first time

that we have sat down with him since he had his surgery and he

did, I think, a 15 minute conversation and then it has been behind the scenes since then.

Fascinating to listen to J.J. McCarthy talked to us about his recovery, everything he learned

in the process and so forth. But, Dane, if you want to try to have a takeaway about him throwing the football, you can.
