Normally, I'm fired up and that, you know, it's game day, right? We do the whole thing. And the way the Lakers are playing basketball right now, it's hard to get excited for this. It just is because we kind of all have a sense of what's going to happen.

But here's the thing.

There's also a reason why you play the games because you never really know.

You just never know.

Like I expected the Lakers to step up and to really get after the Memphis Grizzlies and

then Memphis goes berserk from three and they wind up losing that game.

Obviously, that didn't go the way we've played.

But there's also games where you think that a team is going to lose

and they get a surprising win.

You just never know.

And so as Lakers fans, right, Lakers Nation,

you ride with this team through thick and thin.

And so we'll be there. Again, I'm not anticipating a win tonight for the Lakers. It would

seem counterintuitive. It would definitely be against the flow of things right now. Against the

run of play is the term that we see used in soccer all the time.

We have one team that is, as we also say, on the front foot.
