different things that change but the one that sticks out to me the most and maybe where we can start because this could apply to the Vikings is that now if you hold out the team cannot reimburse you or will not reimburse you for the money that you lost

due to fines for a holdout, which could potentially apply to Delvin Cook as he is going to, you you know embark on the fight for a running back
