Good morning, Giants fans, and welcome to another episode of Giants Talk.

I'm Cole Kuyper here with Giants Insider, Alex Pavlovich.

Today, we're going to be Giants talking about some All-Star Snubs.

I know this is going to be something you're going to be hearing a lot about over the next few weeks.

I'm fired up about it, and I know Giants fans are fired up about it.

We'll find out if Alex is even a little bit fired up. I hope so. We'll talk a little bit about the Giants versus Padres series and our recurring Monday segment, our underrated performers of the week.

Before an ago any further, though, I got to remind you that Giants talk is presented by Wendy's

during breakfast hours only. All right, Alex, all-star voting's in. Giants have one representative,

just one, and voted in not even really by Giants fans. I am pissed from a statistical perspective

is what I will say. This is for me, it's, look, it's a fan vote. They can do whatever they want

with the fan vote. And then ultimately, it's a player vote. They can do whatever they want with the fan vote.

And I think one thing that got lost on Sunday was Carlos Rodon was not voted in by the players either.

So where he kind of screwed as a strong word, I guess, but where he got left out was the commissioner's office chose filled out the teams

and they chose Clayton Kirshah is obviously they're going to choose Clayton Kirshah. It's at Dodgers

Stadium. I think it's probably hard to rant too much about that one because if you think about

being on the other side of it, like if Buster Posey was in a position to make an all-star team, you'd be like, yeah, of course put him in an all-star game at Oracle
