welcome to this bonus holiday episode. Now the holidays have been coupled with

alcohol for as long as the earth has been orbiting the sun.

I'm kidding that is not correct but you get the point.

And if you're struggling with alcohol or trying to get sober,

the holidays can be the ultimate punch in the goat blocks.

So I'm excited to introduce this panel of All Stars that

are going to give you tips, tricks, suggestions and they're going to share their

experiences, I will as well, on how to make it through the holidays, alcohol-free.

Harm reduction is a real thing.

If you fly off the wagon on Christmas, for example, let's not hit the F it button until January 1.

Because I can tell you right now that's not the way you want to start the new year and

when January 1 comes along, most likely that can of core's light

is gonna get kicked further down the road.
