Guys, I... So so I had this conversation, firstly, the conversation

today is with Joel Christensen, who is always such a joy to have on the show, who, who was

recently on to speak about Homeric tradition and alongside the Bronze Age, that whole episode,

just generally a joy. But about a year ago, we talked about having an episode dedicated to Odysseus

and how Odysseus is garbage, but like why and full details. And so it just, it didn't happen until now. And I'm

honestly so glad, uh, I'm so glad that it didn't happen until now because I think that this is

a considerably better episode because it happened now. And I will, I will leave you all to

determine what that might mean.

But I don't even know.

I literally just recorded it, and usually I record these introductions much later.

So now I'm just kind of still getting my mind around everything we talked about.

But generally it is about the Odyssey broadly and how

it can be read and how it has been misread and and misappropriated by the Western world.
