And Doug, we are back in our home studio after having an amazing little vacay slash rope drop radio trip where

we got to all work all work it was a work trip all right uh yeah we got to you know did a lot of

research we recorded some live podcasts uh but instead of dropping one of those this week we thought

we'd kind of give a trip report uh now that we're both in the studio and we've been able to kind of reminisce a little bit and talk about it.
