Donald Trump's co-defendant in the case, Walt Nauda, has asked for a delay of a hearing schedule

for Friday of this week for the attorney's and judge to discuss the special security issues

involved in handling the classified documents that are evidence in the case.

Defendant Nauda says that one of his two criminal defense lawyers cannot be present in Florida

that day for the hearing, special prosecutor Jack Smith strongly objected to the delay,
