In nomadi, patri, Sifiri, at Spy to santi. Amen. Blessed Epiphany Tide, it's been a while since I put up an RCT, and as you know, my goal is to keep it going through this year of 2026. Maybe we will even finish the whole catechism. Now, if you remember from November, we are on the Sacrament of Confession and the last last Roman Catechism of Trent, that is RCT, that we did, we discussed the four parts of confession.

Let's review those four parts.

First, three, you do, and one the priest does.

You do these three.

Contrition, confession of your sins, and satisfaction, or your penance.

And then the priest gives you absolution right before your penance or your satisfaction if he judges you worthy. Now people have been asking me

if the act of contrition is necessary. It's a very good idea, but it's not necessary. It seems

that there's a lot of novicordo priests out there who don't have

time to hear the penitent say the act of contrition. Now, while that's very rude of those priests
