This is RCT number 34. I believe in the Holy Ghost. RCT stands for the Roman Catechism of Trent.

0:09.1

We are in pages 93 to 95. This is the creed, Article 8, Section B.

0:15.9

God give you his peace and nominipachi Safiti, it speedy to santi, amen.

0:23.7

O heavenly king, comforter, spirit of truth,

0:28.9

who are everywhere present and fillest all things, treasury of good things and giver of life,

0:33.7

come and dwell in us and cleanse us of all impurity and save our souls, O good one,

0:37.1

and Omniipati, Sifidi, it's speedy to santi. Amen. Now before we start, many of you have heard of that

1:42.4

and of the same nature as the Father and the Son.

1:46.0

All this is obviously enough implied by the force of the word in, when we say, I believe in the

1:52.0

Holy Ghost. For this preposition is prefixed to each person of the Trinity in order to express the

1:59.3

exact nature of our faith. The divinity of the Holy Ghost is

2:03.0

also clearly established by many passages of Scripture. When in the Acts of the Apostles, St. Peter

2:10.3

says, Ananias, why hast thou conceived this thing in thy heart? He immediately adds,
