Okay well if it's okay I give you maybe just a little bit of background. Yeah. I started

actually in real estate here in Lexington in 1990. Prior to that I was actually a door-to-door cable TV salesman.

So I knocked on every door in Lexington probably two or three times, got to know that. And

the sales manager said, well, now he wanted to just start installing cable TV after we sold it.

I said, well, forget that.

And I said, listen, and I clicked my pen.

I said, this is the only tool that I know how to use.

And so I gave you my resignation right there, bought a BMW and started selling residential real estate in 1990.
