Is that how most of the remote viewers that were a part of your unit is is that how you found them

they came to you or did you search any of them out because that's like a lingering question is

how did you know the the government and these three-letter organizations or the military

find these remote viewers that already had this ability because from my understanding

the most of the people in the army intelligence unit and the DIA unit were trained to

remote view by you know protocols and by well some argue and say that there was a manual and then

there wasn't a manual.

But how did some of these three-letter organizations and the Air Force, in your case,

working at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base?

Is that how you found a lot of these people, the organic psychics that already had the ability,

that they come to you?

The ones I dealt with that the foreign technology division, actually came to me.

There's nothing in a rumor mail that floated around the organization. And people that have this kind of ability that have these experiences.

Many of them are just looking for an outlet, somebody to talk to. I don't think they really thought they'd be brought into

an operational activity. That wasn't their motivation in contacting me. They just thought they could

have that in some research way or whatever I might be able to use

them one or for. But once they left another, and they were, you know, more than willing to,

you know, work on projects like looking for missing airplanes. So they actually found me.

Now, I did attempt to locate people, but I had to be very guarded about this.
