Where do you think that these theories stem from about it being a weather modification type of technology?

Because that's been popping up more and more here recently, especially with the

hurricanes that was, you know, they hit North Carolina and the one that hit Florida. Like,

it's become a part of the zeitgeist again when no one talked about it for a good, like eight

years. Everyone kind of just fell off of the harp train it was

like a really big thing in the mid 2000s there for a couple of years where everyone was kind of

talking about it and it was making it this big deal and then it kind of resurfaced again recently

and i'm just curious because obviously you've worked there you you know what was going on there

is there any possibility that it has anything to do like that the frequencies could possibly manipulate the weather and make it rain more or create storms or anything like that?

I cannot think of any way to do that because what it does is it agitates the molecules up in the ionosphere,

which is above the two layers up from the layer where weather occurs in the troposphere.

So it's troposphere, mesosphere, and stratosphere, and ionosphere.

And so it's above all of that.

So I can't see it.

And the density of molecules in the ionosphere is tiny it's very it's like it's almost vacuum

so i'm having a hard time seeing how it could impact in any major way the tropospheric weather
