All right, welcome to the program today. My name is Mondo Gonzalez, and I'm here with a prophecy update for this week.

And as we think about prophecy, we spend a lot of time here, researching and studying and looking at what's happening in our world and looking at scripture, as well as trying to bring it all together and to recognize that we are living in the last days.

It's pretty hard to disregard that now.

But we also don't want to just be people that are looking at prophecy or memorizing prophecy

just for the sake of doing that.

We know that at the end of the day, God gave this for comfort and encouragement, but he also

gave it to help us to share and evangelize those around us. And so I have the privilege today to be

talking with Ray Comfort, who has, who God has raised up in such an amazing way of evangelizing

those around him. And he's written a little book, which I think is extremely helpful that we've

used in ministry before, just counting the days, using prophecy to evangelize. And so, Ray, really

appreciate you coming today. Good to be here. Thank you. So for those that might not know about your

ministry, share a little bit about where they can find you and really the things that you've been

involved with. I'm just a nobody from nowhere, but with nothing but a love for God. We've

got a television program

that's been going for years. I think it's in its seventh season. It's broadcast in 190 countries.

So kind of share what led you to write this book. And, you know, and kind of what was your background

there? Well, I'm not a big prophecy buff. I'm not an expert. When I wrote the book, I try to

move away from anything controversial because there's so much controversy when it comes to prophecy.

So the book's a page and a half long. It's like a joke. It's just centered on the majors of prophecy that most people agree with. And the reason I did it is Acts 21, sorry, Acts 28, 23. This is what the scripture says. So when they had appointed him a day, that's the apostle Paul, many came to him and his lodging to whom

he explained and solemnly testified the kingdom of God, persuading him concerning Jesus, both from

the Lord of Moses and the prophets from morning until evening. And so it's very important to realize
