Steven, I have over 350 UPS packages sitting at the warehouse for the last, oh, almost a week at this point.

And it's been a lovely time trying to get UPS to, you know, do their job.

How many pallets of books is that?

Well, there's 200 books per palette when it comes packed by four in boxes from Italy. I have it stacked

that it's two full massive pallets right now. One of them has like 180 books on it. The other

has 160 some books on it. It's a lot of books. And they're ready to go. They're all labeled.

They're all stuck. They're all waiting for UPS.

I've tried to contact my one driver who was helping me talk to his bosses about getting a pickup

because I want them to send a truck, an empty truck, right? Because we've got so many packages

and I'll help them get it out. And on the flip side, you know, you try scheduling one and it only lets you say that you have 30 packages to go online.

And I didn't want the reason I tried to go through the channels of the driver who talks directly to dispatch is to make them aware that it's 350 plus not 30.

And so that when someone shows up, they're like, I can't do it.

Yep.

Because their truck is already full. But you can't. Like, you just have no, there's like no way to contact anybody

anymore. So you're saying you tried and I assume got like a robot on the phone or something like

...
