I've told 3 o'clock delivery.

3.45 comes along and there's not going to be a delivery yesterday.

And today we're waiting on a delivery, but they don't have a driver yet who has a vehicle capable

of taking 10,000 pounds of books with a lift gate to the to the warehouse.

And weren't they saying something like if you can't do it today, we have to charge you if we do it

tomorrow or something?

Well, no.

They were like, it must be delivered today. Must be. Or there

will be a holding fee. And I'm like, yeah, it's funny because you guys are just notifying me today

that you need to get it out today because it's the last day that it can sit there in your warehouse.

Well, one, I'm unaware that it's been sitting in your warehouse. Why haven't you made a call to set up a time to deliver it? Today, I was told that it might

take 72 hours to find a specific driver. And I'm like, well, why didn't you start that process

sooner? Uh, and then, you know what? I'm like, whatever, fucking, it is what it is like, find a fucking driver, but I'm leaving at a certain point today and I need the product.

But then then what happens is they get a driver. The driver's not going to want to drive it back to

the facility if I'm not there and they're just going to fucking leave it on a sidewalk.

I mean, that's just how it is. For context, this is the book two delivery, by the way.
