This is the Baseball Tonight Podcast for Thursday, October 10th, 2024, and today will be better than yesterday.

I'm Buster-only. Taylor Schwink is working from the Schwink studios back in Connecticut and

Taylor obviously our thoughts are with the folks down in Florida who have been

affected by Hurricane Milton you and I saw images of Tropicana Field.

I'm sure you saw the drone video of that,

but geez, that's just one building

in one part of a state that's absolutely

been decimated by the storm.

Yeah, terrible hurricane season, you know, across the whole southeast.

I was legitimately shocked seeing the video of the roof being torn off.

When you see giant structures like that being ripped apart it is always

you know a little disorienting I saw a crane fell on a building down there so our thoughts are

definitely with the people of Florida and everywhere

affected by these terrible storms.

Yeah I was getting some text messages from people today asking you know is this going

to affect the the drop and it's available at the beginning of the year and

my first thought was man there there's a lot more important stuff going on there in these

first hours after the hurricane and then worrying about that we'll get that information

as time goes along.
