did decide to step down after 19 seasons yesterday. You heard all the fire Tomlin chance the

other night when they were losing their playoff game on Monday night football. And so he leaves

having 193 games in his 19 seasons,

eight playoff wins, one Super Bowl championship.

Meantime, you've got the Ravens inside that division, too,

like the Browns looking for a head coach.

This was John Harbaugh who was let go,

and this was Steve Bashati yesterday with the media.

This is a little bit on the longer side,

but how he actually made and came to making

the decision. Fell on my instincts and and whatever I was feeling was right. I woke up Monday

and I was pretty sure that, you know, I was going to do it. And, you know, I've got great

partners here and spent a lot of time with them. And, you know, I'm going to do it. And, you know, I've got great partners here and spent a lot of time with them and asking them their opinions.

And, you know, I made the decision.

I got to the point that I didn't believe that I would feel regret after I made that decision.

And that's what instinct is. When you finally get to the point that you're pretty damn sure that

you are not going to regret

the decision a day or a week later then that's the time to make this.

He regrets every decision he makes.
