All right, so this topic, obviously, the topic of the week was going to jump today.

So let me start right here.

The dust is starting to settle right now in the wake of the Ravens.

Stunning decision to back out of the Max Crosby trade

and sign Trey Hendrickson instead.

Unfortunately for Baltimore, as the dust continues to settle,

the Ravens continue to look more and more slimy.

By the minute.

Yes, yesterday I posed the question. Was it due diligence or dirty

pool on behalf of the Ravens? You know, I'm not even going to ask that question anymore.

It seems pretty clear right now that that was some pretty dirty pool, especially after

GM Eric DeCosta spoke yesterday and made the Ravens look even worse, even slimier.

Let me put it to you this way.

He definitely did not make anybody feel any better about this entire situation than they already did not.

I don't really believe a word that came out of that guy's mouth yesterday at all.

Other than this, other than when he said he owes it to the owner and the team to do

its best for the organization. I mean, right? Clearly. He doesn't give a damn about anything

but that. And especially he doesn't give a damn about anything but that, and especially he doesn't give a damn about

how any of this looks, because the optics are, in fact, getting worse and worse by the minute.

Fact is, the Ravens did not get freaked out by any brand new information about Max's knee

...
