I'm Ryan Mink here with Garrett Downing, and we are going to go through our full

off-season blueprint.

This is how we think, you know, things could go down this off-season for the Ravens

and how they'll prepare themselves for the 2025 season.

So Garrett, a lot to break down here.

And let's start with a process that's already underway, but still needs to wrap up, and that's coaching changes.

Obviously, the Ravens have signed Todd Monkin or are in the process of resigning him to an extension, which is great news

as we discussed on our last podcast and then bringing back Chuck Pagano to be a senior

secondary coach, I thought was another great move. They do, they have an opening of a vacancy

at inside linebacker coach.

And so we'll see who fills that position.

And there could be other changes.

We don't know.

But that's kind of where we stand right now. And once that gets wrapped up, then all those coaches will come together and they'll start doing their scheme changes and doing the, that's already kind of underway.

The deep dive

assessing what they did last year and then building back up what do they want to be in 2025 so that's

kind of the first step of the off season for the coaches at least yeah the basically when you look

at it holistically from the off season you go from these coaching changes then you have the free agency

process the draft evaluation process the draft that's essentially the calendar and you go from these coaching changes, then you have the free agency process,

the draft evaluation process, the draft. That's essentially the calendar. And the Ravens were in this beginning stage here of looking at the coaching staff and making some adjustments to it.
