We will get to the growing fear factor of rising rates and the impact it's having on the markets

in just a minute, but we begin with the massive drop after hours and shares of sales force, the software giant plunging on a revenue

miss and weak guidance.

Yeah, Mel, and it's just this ugly move here and it's largely due to that whiff on the second quarter

guidance.
