| 0:33.2 | of the table and I sound different somehow in your microphone, which makes no sense. |
| 0:37.3 | That I hope not. And also I see why you always hit the table and I sound different somehow in your microphone, which makes no sense. That I hope not. | 1:02.8 | I don't want to say I love Rasputon. |
| 1:06.4 | Because he's not a good guy necessarily. |
| 1:09.9 | He's a complicated figure. |
| 1:11.7 | But for those of you who don't know, I've probably talked about this too many times on the show, I was a political science and history major. |
| 1:20.0 | And in the history side of things, I focused a lot on Russian history. |
| 1:25.6 | Cool. |
| 1:26.6 | I think so because I find it really fascinating. There's a lot to study. There is a lot to study. So there's obviously, you know, like Russian history, like, you know, pre-Romanovs. And then there's the Romanoffs and then like all the way up to 1917. And then there's like everything, you know, with the Soviets and all that sort of stuff. |
| 1:44.8 | The revolution. |
| 1:45.6 | Let's not forget about that. |
| 1:46.4 | So, yeah, there is a lot to study. |
| 1:48.7 | And I'm going to go out on a Limbsack. |
| 1:50.7 | And I'm going to say that Rasputon is probably the most interesting character of that entire span of history. |
| 2:00.3 | You're kidding me. No. I would say that, you know, caveat being like Peter of the Great was really cool and it's not really sure like what's actually real and what's actually not. And there's even some of that with this. And we'll get into that. But like that aside. And trust me, I'd love to do an episode on Peter the Great, but it's not as interesting. And there's not really a whole lot of conspiracies necessarily. So it would just be like a, you know, a dissertation, which I won't do to you guys. But Rasputin is fascinating. Zach, what do you know about him? Just anything. Anything. What do you know about him? Tim, I will be honest with you. I know almost nothing |
| 2:35.4 | about him. I mean, he was not a friendly person. I don't know. Depends who you were. Imposing, certainly |
