What have you found to be the best way to move yourself from discouragement back to courage again?

Like, what do you do when you go, okay, I'm in a funk.

I've kind of thought myself into a ditch or I've let my emotions lead the way. And here I am.

And I'm kind of sitting here. How do you get out of the ditch again? What do you do? Do you worship?

Do you pray? Do you call a friend? Do you stomp around the house and say, not today, Satan?
