Summary

Giovanni enters the garden for the first time and soon Beatrice joins him. The two find they have much in common- but there is a lingering fear on the part of Giovanni regarding her poisonous apsect, a fear which become worse after Giovanni is warned by jhis father's friend that she has become a part of her father's deadly experiment.
