We were talking about quarterbacks, of course, in the first hour of the show.

I'm curious what you think about it.

Sometimes the lack of discussion about Riley or talking about his inaccuracy makes him feel undervalued.

No way we get to the natty without his grit and leadership.

And I mean, I totally agree with that. I think that there's a comparison point, though,

and, you know, the thing that was most lacking from the Riley Leonard offense last year was a much

more consistent passing offense.

I think we can all agree with that.

But at the same time, I was still one of the biggest supporters of Riley Leonard last year

because of the way he played, because of his toughness, he was always willing to lay it on the line.

And he could obviously use his legs and and you know pick up you know important first downs

or yards or whatever with his legs and you know like we were concerned about his health going

into the season but he remained healthy all year long or at least he kept himself on the field

all year long and so like it's not a a knock on Riley Leonard at all if we're

comparing what we expect the passing game from C.J. Carter looked like compared to what
